French Dressing

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon White or Red Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
6 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of Sugar
Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Equipment
1 Mixing Bowl
1 Balloon Whisk

The Good Bit
  1. Put the vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk well, then gradually add the oil whilst whisking until it is well mixed, goes well over a salad!
Makes 100ml
